My FBLA Life

What FBLA Has Done For Me

FBLA has allowed me to chart my course; it has taken me to destinations I never believed I would go before. Once, I was a shy and reserved young lady, now I am a vibrant social butterfly. I have gain an abundance of leadership skills and opportunities since the 9th grade. I have the confidence to go in front of any crowd large or small and lead a workshop or say a speech. I have had the chance to network with people that have changed my life forever.
FBLA has shown me that anything is possible with hard work and dedication. I have achieved my goals and wildest dreams. I would have never thought I would be my schools first FBLA state officer or region officer, but that dream came true because of FBLA and my Adviser Dr. Dupree. FBLA has allowed me to travel to places I have never been before like California and Texas. If someone told me to speak in front of over 7,000 members, I would say it is impossible, but now I know that anything is possible as a leader.
I am now well equipped with the leaderships I need to face the business world. I am ready to take on any challenge or obstacle I may face in my future. I will continue to use the fundamentals of Service, Progress, and Education throughout my life. I would like to thank FBLA for showing me that no dream is too small or too big to come true.
